Cancellation Policy
Default Policy for Services (Therapy & Counseling) Scheduling & Payment Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our secure system. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements (such as insurance billing) are made. We accept private pay, insurance (where applicable), and approved third-party payers. Cancellations & Missed Appointments A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of standard therapy sessions. Intensives require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the provider’s discretion. Confidentiality All services are confidential in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards. Information will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law. Therapy Services Therapy is a collaborative process designed to support growth and healing. Outcomes are not guaranteed, as progress depends on multiple factors, including client participation. Services are provided in American Sign Language (ASL) and English to ensure accessibility. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to arrive on time and be ready for their scheduled sessions. Active participation in the therapeutic process is encouraged to receive the most benefit.
